Golden Latte with Monk Fruit

A calming, anti-inflammatory golden latte that fits beautifully with the GERI G.® Beauty philosophy of nourishment, restoration, and longevity.

 

Golden Latte with Monk Fruit

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1cup unsweetened Flax Protein Milk
  • 1 tsp organic turmeric
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Small pinch ginger powder
  • Tiny pinch black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tsp monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: 1 tsp coconut cream for richness

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
  2. Warm gently over medium-low heat for 3–5 minutes. Do not boil.
  3. Whisk or froth until creamy and smooth.
  4. Pour into your favorite mug and dust lightly with cinnamon.
