DAY 3 REBOOT During Quarantine: Small Changes Can Make a Big Difference

Day 3: REBOOT During Quarantine: Small Changes Can Make A Big Difference

We all eat.  We all move.  We all Sleep.

Eat to move, move to sleep.

How much sleep you get will have an influence on your mood, energy and appetite. During sleep our body is recharging and very active especially your liver.  Your liver is the organ that helps distill toxins and helps your body recover from eating and moving or not moving and poor eating.  Without a good nights sleep your body will not recover properly and it will become worn out, stressed out and organs become weaker including your skin! Physical signs of toxicity are sometimes called aging, pre mature aging and dull skin.  They all are signs that the body is not getting the right nutrients and supplements and the liver is not detoxing causing backup thought the body.

Of course no one wants to look stressed, toxic and lethargic but it happens.  During quarantine you have to find ways to combat the symptoms before they get a chance to sabotage your day.

Eating:

Eat whole foods especially high fibrous vegetables that will fill you up and aid when the munchies hit.  Focus on prevention and correction not denying.

Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Spinach, Romaine, Arugula, Asparagus are just some example s of great options to always have on hand.  There are many more but these are great and easy to incorporate into any meal.

Moving:

Create a schedule everyday that maps out time 10-15 minutes of movement after sitting for more than 20-30 minutes at one time. Breakup your day and schedule movement in as much as possible.  As always, do the best within your means and remember that something is better than nothing.

Sleep:

Get an eye mask to block out light and help to communicate to your brain that its time to fall asleep and stay asleep. Also taking a warm shower and moisturizing your skin from head to toe while it's moist is moist beneficial.

Of course these are just suggestions compared to a one-on-one but I hope they help and inspire your REBOOT During Quarantine.
