Returns & Refund Policy
Geri G Beauty wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, we will gladly refund your payment within 30 days of purchase.
In order to qualify for a full refund products must be more than 3/4 full.
All items must be in its original packaging, and its container must not be damaged or tampered with. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your Full Name & Order # and we will email you a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the returned product qualifies, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
